The Irish Red is resting comfortably, and I'm counting down the days to bottling. Hoping to bottle this weekend, and brew up the American Wheat that I've got lined up. Took advantage the the Northern Brewers IPA sale this week, and ordered up the Chinook and Dead Ringer extract kits. I'm trying the liquid yeast with them.
Still pining for a wine cooler like the one I gave away... The basement is just not cool enough in this heat. The secondary is running about 72-74. Hoping it's not affecting the flavor.
